Juneteenth 2021 marked a significant moment, beginning with four visionary individuals: Mr. Lenard Lightner, Ms. Lucinda Wright, Ms. Tabitha Tingle, and Ms. Londynn Jones. Who passed the movement to Dr. Cereta Johnson, Ms. April Riddick, and Mr. Ebonee McPherson who's supported by Mayor Tuerk . They initiated this event in Allentown to honor the profound history of Juneteenth, celebrating the liberation achieved and acknowledging the ongoing fight for equality. Juneteenth serves as a powerful reminder of resilience and unity, empowering our community to come together and support one another in the pursuit of justice.
